iOS Apps – Animated Weather Wallpaper With Weatherboard

Weatherboard is an iOS app that will give you animated weather wallpapers. It will not only provide you with icons but animated or dynamic wallpapers. You can set them as background on your home or lock screen. The app will not change the background according to the climate conditions but you can select from 80+ animated wallpapers that too come in two variants of day and night.

Weatherboard is a simple and easy to use app.  The Settings are understandable with the given instructions. You just have to toggle to switch between options. When you enable the tweak, the wallpapers will get divided in day and night options. You can select wallpapers of your choice from the available repository. Select from sunny weather to snowy or stroms.

A perfect future feature of this app will be if the wallpaper will change itself according to the current weather condition. It will be great to see your lock screen with current weather and that too will change frequently so you don’t have to set it.

The app will give you a preview before you set the wallpaper. Also you can set different wallpapers for home and lock screens.

A flaw appears in this app when you have to respring your device to apply the first time changes made by you, there is no option available in the app itself for this.

Weatherboard iOS app otherwise performs great and gives a nice look to your device. The best part is there are 80+ animated wallpapers to select from and you can select different themes for day and night for both you home and lock screens. The app will be better if the wallpaper changes itself according to the current weather condition. May be the developers are working on it and it will come as future enhancement. Hope to see it soon!

Download Weatherboard iOS app from Cydia Store BigBoss repo for a price of $1.49 only.
