Chinese electronics giant Huawei has launched a new Android tablet dubbed the MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro. The device has been listed on the brand’s website without any word on its price and availability, but is expected to go on sale in major markets in the coming weeks. The MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro runs Android Lollipop with EMUI 3.1, and comes in white and black colour choices.
As far as the specs go, the Huawei MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro sports a large 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,200 pixels. The slate utilises an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 processor that supports 64-bit computing. It comes with 4G LTE support, dual-band high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, and a 6,660mAh battery.
For imaging, the MediaPad T2 10.0 Pro offers an 8-megapixel primary shooter with autofocus and an LED flash. For selfies and video calling purposes, it gets a 2-megapixel secondary snapper. The slate comes in different RAM and internal memory editions – one variant with 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM, one with 3GB RAM + 16GB storage, and the third one with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
