I cannot switch on “USB Debugging mode”
none of the above procedures work in my case – PLEASE HELP!
    I’ve got Samsung Galaxy S3 mini, 4.1.2, XXAMA2, kernel ver. 3.0.31-909600, Build# JZO54K.I8190XXAMA2.
Under “Developer options->Debugging” there is USB debugging but it is greyed. Tapping several times on anything in “About device” does not help. Am I the only one in the world who cannot do that?

I think’s it’s a ROM bug, you should contact the ROM developer and ask him to solve this issue in his ROM.
